I was checking out this cool post on
!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
about a book on the undersides of cars. I clicked on a few images and thought it was pretty obvious what the cars were, but I also saw the name under the picture at the same time. So, for the next image I covered up the name and tried to identify the car. I was staring at the one above and I couldn’t figure it out. So I looked... and goddamit if it isn’t my own car. One that I spent hours underneath just months ago!

The only one I could get right away was the 911, but there aren’t that many rear-engine 6 cylinder cars running around. If they had my project car I could have gotten it easily. Only GM would put a muffler transversely across the car and have both exhaust pipes go in to it.

Curved rear tail had me thinking volvo, damn it’s front bumper looks mean from beneath.

I screwed up the 940 as well...I guess it’s just not as distinctive as the others?

The 2cv, jag, and mini were easy. Took a while to figure out the porsche, and I got hung up on the Golf. I didn’t know the names would appear when you moused over so I thought I was missing something at first!

The backwards mounted tire bothers me.
